Remodel of historic 1908 residence in West Seattle. Scope included adding roof dormers to increase usable floor area, changing flat ceilings to vaulted with exposed framing for increased height, adding skylights for interior daylighting and replacing existing windows with energy efficient units. Interior partitions were reconfigured to create larger bedrooms and bathrooms. Interior trim and salvaged hardware preserved the historic detailing of the original home.
