Exterior refresh, addition and interior remodel in Seattle, Washington. An existing upper level balcony was replaced with a Bedroom addition to capture additional floor area and views of Lake Union and the Space Needle. Updated exterior siding creates a more coherent aesthetic while new windows and doors improve views, access to daylight and natural ventilation.
